And now more then ever we are diligently following all CDC recommendations and ensuring all of our cleaning products have at least 70% alcohol for proper disinfectant. Each TVL stay all linens from mattress pads, comforters, blankets, sheets, pillows, towels & rugs are 100% fresh as well as each Kitchen is throughly gone thru with each item removed & wiped from cabinets and placed specifically for your use and ensure top cleanliness.

What is included with your TVL Homes Vacation Rental Estate Stay?
When booking with TVL Homes each stay has many items that are included that you will not need to pack with you. Each stay includes linens on all beds and for all extra beds, pillows, bath & pool towels. Each laundry room has a washer, dryer, five pods of laundry soap & stack of dryer sheets, and small sewing kit along with Iron & Ironing Board. Each bathroom has a Hair Dryer, two rolls of toilet paper, box of Kleenex and Hand Soap. In the Kitchen we do provide both a 12 Cup Regular Drip Coffee pot with coffee filters along with a Keurig. We do supply a 1 pot of ground coffee and couple Keurig pods along with some cream & sugar to get you started. The kitchens are all full with complete basic cooking utensils and items to make any meal from pots, pans, plates, small kitchen appliances, cups, mugs, spatula's. We also supply in the Kitchen 1 roll of Paper Towels, five pods of dishwasher detergent, small bottle of dish soap, dish soap brush, multipurpose & glass cleaner. Each home is stocked with a broom, mop and vacuum. All of the homes have BBQ's accessible to them. Each home has either connected continuous gas supply or we provide 1 full tank of propane for each stay. If the home has a Fire Pit in the backyard we provide also 1 full propane tank for each stay. If you require more tanks it can be purchased prior to check-in.
Heated Pools & Spas
Many TVL Homes Vacation Rental Estates have pools & spas. Pool & Spa Heating is an additional cost to the stay. To have the pool or spa heated during your stay please make inquiry with us for the additional costs and ensure we know you would like the pool to be heated prior to arrival as sometimes pool heating can take up to 40 hours. Some of the homes we manage have above ground spas that include a spa usage feel with cleaning fee's and that will cover continuous heating of the spa during your stay. We do not recommend heating pools during the months of Nov - March due to the high costs associated due to the cold temperatures.

TVL Homes offers several homes with pool tables, ping pong, foosball, arcade games and even croquet. Or soak in the dry sauna. Come and spend some nice relaxing vacation time away in your own private mini resort!
