Welcome to Lynell Ridge! This is a beautiful, spacious single story home on 3 acres that gives you a calming sense of being away from it all but really just 10 minutes to anything you want! Located in Temecula Wine Country close to Temecula Top Wineries and only a mile to wedding venues Peltzer Farms & Villa de Amore! This 3000sqft home has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and is very comfortable for family & friends to enjoy together when away on vacation with a beautiful pool, a spa and beautiful views!  Also enjoy outdoor fire pit and in the garage a pool table, ping pong, and corn hole!  The pool cannot be heated, only has a solar heater & only efficient in warm sunny weather. The hot tub is always at 100 degree’s & you can turn up higher. This home is all yours & private for you!  There are 4 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms with Cal King Beds! 1 bedrooms with a Queen. We also have 2 Full size Futons in the Den that doors can be closed to make a 5th sleeping area. We do also have a few folding cots for use. Guests are able to access everything on the property except for 2 closets owners have locked with their personal items.  We will leave you alone unless you need us!! Feel free to call if any questions or concerns otherwise property is all yours except for the regular Pool & Landscaping Service that comes on weekly basis.  We do not allow any events or weddings at this property. This property is ideal for 8 people but can sleep up to 10 adults & 2 children max.
