Can sleep up to 10 adults and 2 children very comfortable! Enjoy the beautiful Pool, BBQ island, Patio, Pond & Views! Excellent Wifi! Close to Freeway and less then 5 minutes to all major Wineries in Temecula.

Come and enjoy your Wine Country vacation at this one-of-a-kind home that caters to a variety of hospitality options. You can rent just the Main Estate or include additional units at additional costs. Chateau Blanc features a Main Estate with 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, and over 3200 square feet of spacious living that can sleep a max of twelve. The Main Estate has a grand entrance with a spacious great room that opens to the kitchen and dining room, making for plenty of room to entertain. The first floor also includes an Oversized Master Suite complete with a chandelier over the spa the Master Bath, a Queen bedroom with private bath, and office/bed room with 2 Twin Beds or can be set up as a Cal King. Upstairs you’ll find two oversized California King bedrooms with a shared bathroom in the hall. In one of the 2 Cal King Upstairs Bedrooms is Twin Day Bed with trundle pull out twin bed. The Main Estate can easily accommodate up to twelve guests, this is two in each of the three bedrooms, two in the office/bedroom and then four in one of the upstairs Cal King Bedrooms. It’s perfect for a family reunion, or a group weekend to discover the beauty of the Temecula Valley. Right off the Great room is a gorgeous backyard retreat with a private pool, small Pond and barbeque island. Don’t forget the views while sitting under the pergola gazing out the beautiful glass fence! Chateau Blanc even has a two-acre private Cabernet Franc vineyard producing local grapes right in the heart of California wine country! The Main Estate offers the beauty of French-inspired design built by Beldon Fields, one of the original Disneyland Artisans responsible for building Disney’s Fantasyland and Toon Town. Over the years, the property has expanded, and the owners proudly preserved its true beauty. Adjacent to Chateau Blanc is the well-known Briar Rose Winery, which was the first structure to be built by Beldon Fields in the 1970’s for his wife, designed to be a replica of Snow White’s cottages. When staying at Chateau Blanc you can start your wine country tasting tour just steps away from your front door! Or if you simply want to enjoy an afternoon glass of wine, Chateau Blanc’s excellent location allows you to explore the private country surroundings via paved roads. We’re even within walking distance to Starbucks! And for those that want to shut out the world and enjoy the serenity of Chateau Blanc -- we have strong WIFI too!

Want to have the Pool Heated during your stay? Just ask us for a quote! This will make the trip even better as we continue to have some warm days but cool evenings in Temecula pool heating is best October thru end of June, but always be sure to ask.

You are able to walk all around the property. We do ask that if you are not renting the Guest House units that you do not walk in their patio area. The Pool area is just your private area. There is Washer & Dryer for your use and we have so many wonderful things in our kitchen to cook with! Not to mention our Kuerig Coffee Machine plus regular drip coffee pot. We do provide samples of coffee to get you started.

This is the Main Residence at the Chateau Blanc Vineyard Estate, there are 2 other units on the property. 1 is a Casita Guest House that is 1200sqft that has a full kitchen, family room & Master Bedroom with private bathroom. This unit is known as the La Petite, it also has its own private patio that has a hot tub and BBQ island. It can sleep up to 4 people. We then have a 3rd unit that is a 900sqft loft above the 4 car garage, it has a Cal King Bed but additional 2 twin folding beds and small kitchenette with a microwave, couch, table, chairs, TV.

Both of these units can be rented separately with other groups staying at the property. All units are private and you would not have any contact with guests in these units nor would they have any access to the Main House pool area. If traveling with a large group and need 2 more bedrooms or need to sleep 4 to 8 more people this is a great option to rent.

We do only allow 4 cars to be parked at the property when renting the Main House Only. We do have assigned parking for Main House and the other units.

All guests must be over the age of 27 when the main renter. ID could be asked for at the reservation.

Pool heating is an additional fee, please inquire for pool heating rates. Pool heating is to be set up prior to check-in or else there could be additional fee's to have someone set up when you are staying.

The home has 2 AC's one upstairs and one downstairs. The temperature degree is locked at the coolest setting of 74 degrees. This is not able to be adjusted.

We are a permitted Vacation Rental in Temecula Wine Country and respect all Good Neighbor Rules and do not allow for any parties at this property, additional guests of guests that are not staying at the home, all outside & inside noise respects quiet hours of 10:00pm to 8:00am. Thank-you!
